By utilizing this site or any of its services, including bookings, you agree to adhere to the below terms and conditions, encompassing supplementary guidelines and any future modifications.

Acceptance of Terms - Agreement between Clients and Ashok Travel World

Upon accessing, utilizing, navigating, or making reservations through our website, you ("user", "you", "your") are consenting to adhere to and be obligated by these Terms. Should you disagree with these Terms, we kindly request that you refrain from using or booking through our website. Ashok eTravel World Pvt Ltd. and its subsidiaries, including Ashok Travel World, retain the right to pursue legal action against those who violate these terms.

Prices on the Website

The prices displayed on Ashok Travel World's website typically include accommodation charges, taxes (unless specified otherwise), and in certain instances, select meals (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner), but do not cover personal expenses or supplementary costs such as telephone calls, personal services, entrance fees to monuments, and bar charges. Additionally, the Service Charge, Cancellation Charge, reschedule charge, Tour Packages are all subject to GST. TCS is applicable on all remittances for overseas tour packages

It is essential to note that while we strive to offer competitive fares, the final price is contingent on seat availability, specific sector selections, booking timing, and the terms and conditions set by the airline or third-party service provider/operator.

Communication Policy of the Site

Upon completing a transaction on this site, you will receive an email from Ashok Travel World providing the status of your transaction. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the email address provided to ensure receipt of the email.

The SMS service provided by Ashok Travel World is an optional convenience and not mandatory under the law. Ashok Travel World is not liable if SMS alerts are not received for any reason.

Ashok Travel World is not obligated to provide information about changes in flight schedules, cancellations, or the status of airlines or hotels.

You will accurately provide all essential details, including official documents, names, and dates of birth, for trip planning purposes.

You acknowledge sole responsibility for any errors or inaccuracies in the information you provide.

All information submitted to the website must be precise, up-to-date, and complete.

If you possess an account on this site, you are urged to safeguard it with your login credentials (login ID and password), bearing full responsibility for any account activities.

Ashok Travel World retains the right to block access to its website for any individual, at any time, without prior notice and for any reason, including violations of its Terms of Use.

Booking Policy

The booking policy at Ashok Travel World entails the following:

The total price shown on the website includes all relevant government taxes.

If there is an increase in the fare during the issuance of the air ticket due to factors like airline adjustments, calculation errors, or payment gateway issues, Ashok Travel World reserves the right to cancel the ticket. In such cases, the received amount will be forfeited as Cancellation Charges, and any outstanding amount must be settled with Ashok Travel World to prevent inconvenience.

Prior to booking confirmation, the entire amount must be paid.

For issuing an infant's ticket, the infant must be under 2 years old, have valid proof-of-age documents during check-in, and be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years old. Each adult can book only one infant ticket. To qualify for infant fares, the infant must be under 24 months throughout the entire itinerary; otherwise, a separate child booking is necessary.

To issue a child's ticket, the child must be between 2 and 12 years old, however certain Airlines have age limit till 11 years. Child should possess valid proof-of-age documents at check-in and be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years old.

All tickets and bookings provided to customers are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the respective Airlines/Supplier.

If a ticket is cancelled directly through the airline's website, office, or call centre, customers must notify Ashok Travel World for the refund process. Ashok Travel World does not receive alerts directly from the airlines.

Flight amenities, services, routes, schedules, aircraft type, seat availability, and other flight details are determined by the airlines themselves, with Ashok Travel World having no control over this information.

Ashok Travel World is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by the Airline/Supplier/Operator.

In case of service cancellations through the Airline/Supplier/Operator's channels, users must inform Ashok Travel World for the refund process, as the operator does not directly notify Ashok Travel World.

All hotel-related information, such as hotel category, available images, room types, amenities, and facilities, is provided to Ashok Travel World.com by the hotels. This information serves as a reference only. Any discrepancies between website pictures and actual hotel settings should be addressed by the user directly with the hotel. Ashok Travel World.com will not be responsible for resolving such discrepancies or assume liability in such cases.

Booking, Amendment & Cancellation Policy

Each booking through Ashok Travel World is subject to cancellation charges imposed by the airline, which can vary based on the flight and booking class.

Ashok Travel World applies a nominal fee of Rs.354 per passenger/per sector for domestic flights and Rs.590 per passenger/per sector for international air tickets as a cancellation service charge.

Convenience fees are non-refundable in all instances, and certain bookings may be non-refundable according to the specific policies of the airline. Additionally, some bookings cannot be partially cancelled as per the particular airline's policy. Cancellations can be carried out online or offline through the "My Account" section or by sending an email to Ashok Travel World.

We help facilitate various booking amendments. However, in some instances, reaching out to the airline directly may be necessary.

Amendment charges on Ashok Travel World are subject to change in accordance with the airline's policy, which can vary based on flight timings and booking class

To cancel tickets within 24 hours of the journey, Ashok Travel World advises customers to contact the airlines directly. Subsequently, customers are recommended to submit the cancellation request on our website for refunds.

The company is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or flight amendments enacted by the airline.

In the event of a no-show or unused bookings, customers must request any applicable refunds as per the specified policies within 90 days from the date of travel for air/rail/cab/bus tickets or the date of check-in for hotel bookings. No refunds will be issued for requests made after 90 days from the travel date/check-in as outlined. Any unclaimed amounts for such no-show or unused bookings will be considered forfeited.

If a customer makes an amendment that leads to rescheduling the original booking, the original booking will be modified, and any cancellation in the initial booking will result in the cancellation of the rescheduled booking.

Cancellation policies vary based on the service provider and the specific terms of your booking. Please refer to the cancellation policy associated with your booking for detailed information.

Upon receiving a cancellation request, the refund process will be initiated promptly. For direct cancellations through airlines, refunds will be processed after deducting airline charges and our service fee. Refunds are subject to the processing timelines of the respective airline/service provider. Please be aware that the convenience fee charged during booking is non-refundable.

In the case of international bookings and a customer being marked as a "No show" for the onward sector, they will also be classified as a "No show" for the return sector (under a single PNR). In such instances, customers must contact the respective airline directly before being marked as a "No show."

Tickets issued by Ashok Travel World are typically valid for one year from the date of ticket issuance or for the period specified by the concerned airline as per its policy.

Holidays Amendment & Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made:

• 60 days or more before the departure date, a 25% cancellation charge applies if the full tour cost has been paid.
• 30 days before departure, a 50% cancellation charge applies.
• 15 days before departure, a 100% cancellation charge applies.

Refund Policy

Ashok Travel World will process refunds only upon receiving a cancellation request/claim from the customer/travel agent/corporate company through the "My Account" section or email.

Refunds for canceled air tickets will be credited back to the customer's original mode of payment once the refund amount is received from the Airlines.

The refund process by Ashok Travel World will be completed within 72 hours of receiving the refund from the involved Airlines/hotels/transporters/other suppliers.

If a booking is over six months old, any refunds received from the airlines may be transferred to the customer's ATW wallet. Customers can then transfer this refund amount from the ATW wallet to their bank account by logging in to the Ashok Travel World website.

For credit card refunds, the process may take up to 72 hours, while for net banking transactions, it may take up to 7 days due to banking procedures.

Once wallet amount has been used in a transaction, the remaining balance in the wallet cannot be transferred to a bank account but can be used for future bookings with Ashok Travel World

Refunds in cases where Airlines/Hotel is declared as Insolvent or Bankrupt

Ashok Travel World states that they will not be responsible for issuing any refunds if the Airlines/Hotel ceases operations or declares insolvency.

Customers, clients, or agents cannot hold Ashok Travel World accountable for refund commitments made at the time of ticket booking in scenarios where the Airlines/Hotel closes operations or declares insolvency.

While Ashok Travel World may occasionally refund amounts to customers based on assurances by airlines/hotels/suppliers, they retain the right to recoup refunded amounts if the Airlines/Hotels cease operations, become non-operational, or go bankrupt.

Copyright & Trademark

The products, services, and content displayed on Ashok Travel World are the property of the website. Unauthorized copying and use of trademarked products and services without prior consent will be considered theft, and severe actions may be taken against the person/organization/company in question.

Ashok Travel World grants limited rights to users to access, explore, use, and transact on its site. Users agree not to misuse the materials and not to disrupt the operation of the website in any way. Users understand that, apart from information, products, or services provided by Ashok Travel World, the website does not endorse any other information. Furthermore, users understand that Ashok Travel World cannot guarantee that files available for download through the site will be free from any type of viruses.

For international bookings facilitated by Ashok Travel World, users are obligated to adhere to visa requirements, including transit visas, depending on their travel arrangements and the regulations of the countries they plan to visit or transit through.

Ashok Travel World bears no responsibility for issues arising from visa prerequisites, such as the inability to travel, and is not liable to refund any amount to users for the inability to utilize bookings due to visa absence or denial. Any refunds, if applicable, will be subject to the terms outlined in the booking and cancellation policy.

Transmitted Material

Internet communications cannot be entirely private or secure. It's understood that any message or information sent to this site can be intercepted by others, unless it involves specific encrypted data, such as credit card information. Sending a message to Ashok Travel World does not impose any special responsibility on the site.

The copyright for the contents of the website rests with Ashok Travel World. Ashok Travel World, as a reputable and responsible travel agency, strives to provide the best information about hotels, airlines, transportation, and railways. However, it is strongly advised for all clients to conduct personal inquiries to avoid any confusion or inconvenience.

It should be noted that Ashok Travel World is not accountable for any loss or damage to luggage during travel. Furthermore, the agency disclaims responsibility for any delays or changes in the trip due to unforeseeable circumstances.

The agency also holds no responsibility for any damage, loss, or injury sustained while enjoying the holiday packages it provides. Clients are expected to take measures for their own safety.

Additionally, Ashok Travel World disclaims accountability for any human error that may have gone unnoticed by clients or staff.

Credit Policy for Travel Agents

If a travel agent utilises services from Ashok Travel World on credit and fails to settle the credit within a specified period, the company reserves the right to take legal action against them. In such instances, the company may impose interest rates as determined internally.

Ashok Travel World maintains the authority to resort to firm legal measures if any fraudulent activities or cheating are discovered on the part of the travel agent.

Unaccompanied Child

Children under the age of 12 will not be allowed to travel unless accompanied by an adult who is at least 18 years old. It is mandatory for the child to be seated beside the accompanying adult. The adult accompanying the child is entirely responsible for the child's well-being during the journey, which includes ensuring that appropriate seating arrangements are made to keep the child and adult together.

Airline Pregnancy Rules

Airlines typically advise pregnant women to consult their doctors before traveling at any stage of their pregnancy. It is important for pregnant women to review the pregnancy policies of the specific airlines they plan to travel with. Here are some key points to consider:

• Obtain medical clearance from your healthcare provider or doctor no more than 7 days before your journey, confirming that you are fit to travel.
• Avoid flying if your pregnancy is complicated or high-risk.
• Consider your due date when planning the return trip.
• For long-haul flights, assess whether your body can handle the extended journey, especially considering potential discomfort due to the narrow seat width during the advanced stages of pregnancy.

User Conduct

By using the Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful manner and refrain from activities that could jeopardize the Platform or harm other users. Prohibited actions include unauthorized access to the Platform, dissemination of malware, and involvement in fraudulent activities.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be exclusively resolved in the courts under the jurisdiction of Pune only
